About credits
Credits are virtual money in Sport Leaders platform that will unlock functionalities like articles, events, jobs posting, member profiles unlocking, messaging and many more.
You can buy personal credits or corporate credits online with your credit card by using our payments processor, Netopia Mobilpay.
You Company Credits are different than Personal Credits.
10 credits are the equivalent of 1 EUR.
Purchasing credits
When you purchase credits, after the payments is complete and processed by our antifraud system, you will instantly get your credits into account`s deposit.
Sometimes, we might check your payment. In that case, some delays might appear.
Refunding credits
We may refund your credits at your special request on our site's contact form. We may refund only the credits that are in your account deposit. The credits that are already used cannot be refunded.
If you lost some credits due to some platform error, missunderstanding, please contact Us and send us more information to be able to helo you in getting back your credits.
If you delete your account and agree to delete or anonimyze all your personal information, we might not be able to refund your credits because we do not keep data that you want to be deleted.
Some member or announcement tells me to pay for something
You shall never disclose your card information to no one. The only accepted payment method is through Netopia Mobilpay. You should check at the moment of payment if you are being redirected to secore payment of Netopia Mobilpay. In the top of your browser address bar you shoud see the secure conenction sign (green) and the domain https://secure.mobilpay.ro/.
You shall never trust users or posts that are asking you for some payments or personal card information.
We will try to clean our content everytime and to block malicious or unwanted content with all our possibilities but we are not responsible if you give your personal information, banking information or card information to someone else.
